1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kuatbox ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering or using any service on the kuatbox website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with the kuatbox Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use kuatbox services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local laws applicable to you.
• Registering an account on your own behalf only and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not previously banned or suspended from using the kuatbox platform or any related platform.
• Capable of entering into legally binding decisions and not in a state that impairs sound judgement.

kuatbox reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identification card (MyKad), bank statement or any supporting documents deemed necessary. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. User Account

Each Member is fully responsible for the security of their account login information, including username and password. kuatbox will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Members are prohibited from sharing login information with any other party.
• Every transaction carried out through your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately via live chat or email.
• Members must ensure that the personal information in their account remains accurate and up to date.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or handed over to any other party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kuatbox platform are subject to the following limits and procedures:

• Minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour from the time of approval.
• All withdrawals must be made through the same method as the original deposit for money laundering control purposes.

kuatbox reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where compliance checks need to be carried out, or when bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by kuatbox are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The general wagering requirements that apply are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM200 with an account balance of RM300 — the total wagering required is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Another example: a deposit of RM1,600 yields the maximum bonus of RM1,500 with an account balance of RM3,100 — the total wagering required is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in full according to the stated requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled and may result in account closure.

kuatbox reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members are not eligible to receive more than one welcome bonus over the lifetime of their account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kuatbox platform are subject to the rules of the respective game. The following are general policies that apply to all game types, including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and all other available games:

• The outcome of a completed game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is a proven technical malfunction.
• In the event of a connection interruption during an active game, the platform will process the game based on the random number generator (RNG) outcome or the applicable live game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bets for each table or machine depend on the rules of the game in question.
• kuatbox reserves the right to cancel bets suspected of involving fraud, collusion or system exploitation.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final odds for that bet.

7. Responsible Gambling

kuatbox is committed to supporting healthy and responsible gambling practices. We provide various tools to help members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Self-Pause: Members can request to suspend their account for a set period if they need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Members experiencing gambling problems can apply for permanent self-exclusion. This request will be processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the specified period.

8. Usage Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuatbox platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools to generate bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Use of false information or invalid identity verification documents during registration.
• Making financial transactions on behalf of another person or using a payment method that is not in your own name.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of repeatedly claiming bonuses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kuatbox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled technical maintenance.
• Any action or failure to act by third-party game software providers.
• Data or information losses arising from cyberattacks beyond kuatbox's reasonable control.

kuatbox's total liability to any Member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method after all compliance checks have been completed.

kuatbox reserves the right to close or suspend any Member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• The Member breaches any provision of these Terms.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from a relevant regulatory body.
• The Member fails to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.

11. Amendments and Enforcement

kuatbox reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time at our absolute discretion. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page along with an updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where kuatbox is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the arbitration procedures established by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
